We are currently open and accepting patients. Hours are still somewhat reduced. If you have a cough or are sick we will not be able to see you. Wear a mask if you have one.
We know that cleanliness is more important than ever right now. We’re taking guidance from the appropriate health authorities, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take. You will be asked to thoroughly wash your hands with soap and hot water upon entering the office.
We are cleaning our office continuously. We have installed plexiglass around our reception desk. We wear masks and protective outer wear.
We clean throughout each day, focusing especially on high-touch and highly trafficked surfaces like door handles, checkout counters, treatment tables, bathroom surfaces, keyboards, and treatment tools. We have removed some shared items like magazines temporarily. We are also scheduling more time between patients to comply with distancing.
At this time of year, we’re always dealing with the risk of the flu. This new virus is less familiar and therefore we’ve upped our vigilance. Don’t panic, we’ve (as in all of us) got this. We want what’s best for you, your family, and your health, and we’re here to help in any way we can.
